George about himself:

My areas of expertise:

My clients vary in age from adolescents through seniors, though I mainly work with adult men and women. I specialize in treating mood disorders, major depression, anxiety and panic disorders as well as perform marriage counseling. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach as well as Solution Focused in the therapeutic relationship.

My Skills and Methods:

I keep things simple and direct in my practice. Solution Focused Therapy involves a collaborative process in which I work with clients to create treatment goals. My primary focus is to establish a corrective, emotional relationship with my clients to help lessen the intensity and duration of symptoms such as anxiety, depression and panic disorder. In marriage counseling, I focus on improving communication and coping skits, and specialize in anger management.

My Hobbies and Interests:

I enjoy regular exercise, swimming, gym membership, and enjoy watching films, theater and TV as well as family time.
