Christine A. Kephart, MSW, LCSW

Christine Kephart is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience as a practicing mental health therapist. Prior to this she had 17 years of undergraduate experience working with adolescents, seniors and individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Christine received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelor of Science Degree from the California University of Pennsylvania. Christine currently provides Psychotherapy services at our Moon Township/Coraopolis location.

Christine sees individuals, couples and families. She has experience treating women and men ages 16 to 99, struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship issues, separation, divorce, abuse, codependency, parenting/step-parenting, life transitions, anger management, career issues, and coping with chronic illness, injury or disability.

Christine’s methods are personalized to the individual, their situation and their symptoms. She is a proponent of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Systems Theory/Therapy.

Christine provides compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental care in a safe supportive environment to enable the individual to grow and make the changes needed to improve their quality of life.

Check if your medication manufacturer has PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM and if you qualify for it. A patient assistance program provides prescription medicines to patients in need who do not have prescription drug coverage or who are underinsured through either private and/or government health plans. Each pharmaceutical company determines the eligibility criteria for its patient assistance programs.
